Semi-Private Personal Training

Small groups have consistently been shown to drive greater success—whether in education, business, or personal growth—thanks to built-in support, shared motivation, and meaningful accountability. The same holds true in fitness.

At Be Healthy, our semi-private training combines the individualized attention of one-on-one coaching with the energy, encouragement, and community of a small group. In sessions of no more than 4–5 people, each participant follows a personalized training plan tailored to their unique goals, abilities, and needs—creating an experience that’s both focused and motivating.

What you can expect:

  • Customized Programs based on your initial assessment, designed to target areas that need the most attention and prevent injury.
  • Tailored Progressions that evolve every six weeks—allowing you to master form, build strength, and stay challenged.
  • Form & Technique Education so you understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to do it safely.
  • Injury Accommodations & Modifications for days when you’re not feeling 100%—we’d rather adjust your workout than have you skip it entirely. Movement often helps!
  • Client-Driven Feedback incorporated into each new six-week cycle, so your experience is constantly evolving and improving.
  • Flexible Scheduling that allows you to add or drop sessions as needed with just one hour’s notice.
  • Extras Included: Access to Open Gym and HIIT classes, plus a complimentary consultation with our nutritionist if desired.

Group Fitness for 55+

Jennifer brings years of experience and clinical knowledge to every session. Each participant begins with a personalized assessment, allowing Jennifer to develop customized fitness programs that match individual needs, capabilities, and goals. From there, clients are guided through their workouts in a group setting—with Jennifer actively supervising and supporting everyone throughout the class.

Post-Rehab Training

We understand the importance of safe movement after an injury, stroke, cancer treatment, or other physical trauma. That’s why we create customized exercise programs to help you regain strength and independence.

Following your initial assessment, we develop a four-week plan tailored to your needs. As you progress, you’ll feel and see the difference. After four weeks, we adjust your program to keep you moving forward and setting new goals.

Weight Loss for a Healthier, Stronger You

We approach weight loss as a way to improve your overall health—not just change how you look. Many of our clients have experienced life-changing results, including eliminating medications, no longer needing assisted devices or CPAP machines, and enjoying everyday activities that were once difficult.

These programs go beyond exercise—fostering confidence, connection, and better health. Whether you’re training for the Special Olympics or looking to boost daily energy, we’re here to support your goals.

We’ve integrated tools like the SoloStep harness system to help clients walk safely and build strength—especially those with Cerebral Palsy or mobility-impacting autoimmune conditions.

Cancer-Focused Fitness Support

We provide specialized fitness support for individuals currently undergoing cancer treatment, those in recovery, and long-term survivors. Everyone is welcome—no matter where you are in your journey.

Our approach includes one-on-one personal training tailored to your needs, energy levels, and physical limitations. In partnership with RWJBarnabas Health, we also offer a virtual weekly group class designed specifically for those affected by cancer. Each session features a cardio warm-up, stretching, and strength training, with options for standing, seated, or floor-based movements to ensure accessibility for all participants.

High-Energy, Full-Body Workouts for Every Fitness Level

Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes are designed for all fitness levels—and we truly mean all. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re a seasoned athlete, every session is built to challenge you safely and effectively.

These 50-minute classes combine cardio, strength training, and core work using a fun, circuit-style format. Each workout is different, so you’ll never get bored—and your body won’t either. Expect a motivating group atmosphere, plenty of high fives, and a full-body burn that boosts endurance, builds strength, and elevates your mood.
